There will be no refund on set up fees (applicable to the Micro plan only)
There will be no refund for "overage charges" - e.g charges for bandwidth or disk usage beyond your plan allowance
There will be no refund for users who are in breach of our acceptable usage policy (opens in new window)

In essence, if you're not signing up for a Micro plan, you stay within your bandwidth and disk usage allocation and abide by our acceptable usage policy, then you will recieve a COMPLETE refund of all payments received by us, if you cancel your service within 30 days of activation.
